Chelsea first began her real estate career with us in 2021 as our Director of First Impressions, providing reception and administration assistance to both our rental and sales departments. Being the first point of contact, this role enabled Chelsea to build an extensive understanding of real estate practices and procedures in a multitude of areas, requiring the ability to use quick problem-solving skills as well as building rapport with our clients. These initiatives opened a new opportunity for Chelsea to further grow her career within our team. Chelsea now pursues a role in Marketing & Agent Services, assisting our sales agents throughout the listing process with all administrative duties, record compliance procedures as well as digital marketing and social media initiatives. Spending time working alongside sales agents in both our Palm Beach and Coolangatta Tweed offices, Chelsea has developed a good sense of the property market throughout the entire end of the Southern Gold Coast. Originally from Brisbane, Chelsea has been a local on the Gold Coast for the past four years as she loves the active, outdoor lifestyle and doesn’t see herself going anywhere, anytime soon!
